Men have feelings too!! And it’s time to raise awareness about the challenges men face when it comes to their mental health. Men often get overlooked or ignored all together. By educating people more about mental health issues in men, we can make a positive difference in how people view and discuss men’s mental health. It’s important to normalize therapy and to provide an opportunity to listen to the men in your life.
