Quiet Burnout
What is quiet burnout?
Quiet burnout is a term used to describe a subtle, often hidden form of emotional and physical exhaustion-one that doesn’t always look like the classic image of burnout ( like total collapse or open frustration).
Instead, it’s a low, simmering depletion that shows up quietly over time. People experiencing quiet burnout may still seem functional, composed , or even successful on the surface, but inside they feel chronically tired, unmotivated, detached, or emotionally numb.
